Details Page
Each request on the Resolve® dashboard page has a corresponding Details page that provides summary, loan-level, workout and/or settlement information for the specific workout type being requested.
The Details page can be accessed from the dashboard page by selecting a Freddie Mac loan number hyperlink to display the corresponding Details page.
The Details page displays information that corresponds to the type of workout being requested. Currently, the following workout types can be viewed within Resolve:
- Charge Off
- Bankruptcy Cramdown
- Custom Modification
- Deed-in-Lieu
- FHA/VA/RHS Loan Modification
- Flex Modification
- Forbearance Extensions
- Foreclosure Sale Reporting
- Modification Appeal
- Payment Deferral
- Short Sale
- Simultaneous Assumption and Flex Modification
