View Bankruptcy Cramdown Details
The Bankruptcy Cramdown Details page provides summary, loan-level data and workout information for retention requests submitted through a Resolve® UI. Some data reflects information generated from Freddie Mac systems.
The Request ID or Freddie Mac Loan Number for the workout is displayed at the top of the Details page. Click on the arrow left of the Freddie Mac loan number anytime to return to the dashboard.
The Bankruptcy Cramdown Details page has six sections. You can click on the metro stops at the top of the page to jump to the applicable sections or scroll down the page as needed.
