View Payment Deferral Details
The Payment Deferral Details page provides summary, loan level data and workout information for Payment Deferral workouts including exception review requests submitted through the Resolve® UI or the Retention API.
The Request ID or Freddie Mac Loan number for the workout is displayed at the top of the Details page. Click on the arrow left of the Request ID or Freddie Mac Loan number anytime to return to the dashboard page.
The Payment Deferral Details page has six sections. You can click on the 'metro stops' at the top of the page to jump to the applicable sections or scroll down the page as needed.
Refer to the table below to view the data fields included in each section of the Payment Deferral Details page. You can click on a section name to open the corresponding online help topic for the section.
