View Simultaneous Assumption and Flex Modification Details
The Simultaneous Assumption and Flex Modification Details page provides summary, loan level data, and workout information.
The Request ID number for the workout is displayed at the top of the Details page.
You can export loan data of the request details via the export functionality. Export is available from the Details page, unless the request is under an exception review and has not yet been decisioned. Refer to the Export Button section for more information.
The Simultaneous Assumption and Flex modification Details page has six sections. Click the "metro" stops at the top of the page to jump to the applicable section or scroll down the page.
