Forbearance Extension Workout Details
The Forbearance Extension Workout Details page in Resolve includes all of the forbearance extension information provided on the Forbearance Extensions Template and submitted into Resolve.
The Request ID is displayed at the top of the page. Click on the left arrow next to the Request ID to return to the Dashboard page.
You can click on the 'metro stops' at the top of the page to jump to the Summary and Comments sections or scroll down the page as needed.
The Extension Request Details page includes a Summary section with 16 read-only data fields that display values based upon the information that you provided for the loan on the Extensions Loan File Template.
The Comments section contains a record of all of the comments entered by the Freddie Mac analyst during the request's review and decisioning process. All comments include a date and time stamp to show when the comment was added into Resolve.
Note: Currently, Servicers do not have the ability to enter comments directly into Resolve after submitting a forbearance extension request.

A unique identifier generated by Resolve for each workout request submitted to Freddie Mac. The Request ID for a forbearance extension displays an 'EX' followed by six digits. |
