Submitted Status
Forbearance extension requests that show in a Submitted status have been uploaded into Resolve and submitted to Freddie Mac for review and decisioning.
Submitted Request Workflow
Forbearance requests that have been uploaded into Resolve will first be in a Submitted status. The request will remain in Submitted status until it is assigned to a Freddie Mac analyst to start the review and decisioning process.
Once a Freddie Mac analyst has accessed the request, the status will change from Submitted to In Review.
