View Flex Modification Details
The Flex Modification Details page provides summary, loan-level data and workout information for retention requests submitted through a Resolve® UI or the Retention API. Some data reflects information generated from Freddie Mac systems.
The Request ID or Freddie Mac Loan Number for the workout is displayed at the top of the Details page. Click on the arrow left of the Freddie Mac loan number anytime to return to the dashboard.
You can export loan data of your modification requests via the export functionality. Export is available from the Details page, unless the request is under an exception review and has not yet been decisioned. Refer to the Export Button section for more information.
The Flex Modification Details page has six sections. You can click on the metro stops at the top of the page to jump to the applicable sections or scroll down the page as needed.
