View Short Sale Details
The short sale Details page provides summary, loan-level, workout and/or settlement information for short sale requests submitted through Workout Prospector, the Resolve Liquidation API or directly through Resolve's user interface.
The Freddie Mac Loan Number for the workout is displayed at the top of the page. Click on the left arrow anytime you want to return to the dashboard page.
The Details page has seven sections. You can click on the 'metro stops' at the top of the page to jump to the applicable sections or scroll down the page as needed.
Refer to the table below to view the data fields included in each section of the short sale Details page. You can click on a section name to open the corresponding online help topic for the section.
