View Charge-Off Details
The Charge-Off Details page provides summary, loan level data and workout information for charge-off requests submitted through the Resolve® user interface (UI).
The Request ID number for the workout is displayed at the top of the Details page. Click the arrow left of the Request ID anytime to return to the dashboard page.
The Charge-Off Details page has seven sections. Click the 'metro stops' at the top of the page to jump to the applicable sections or scroll down the page as needed.
Refer to the table below to view the data fields included in each section of the Charge-Off Details page. The sections also provide the source by which the data was obtained (e.g., Servicer input or a Freddie Mac internal source).
Click the section name to open the corresponding online help topic for the section.
