The Documents section of the Details page contains the uploaded supporting documents provided by the Servicer for the Freddie Mac analyst to review and provide a decision for the charge-off request.

When a charge-off request is submitted to Freddie Mac for decisioning, the Servicer must submit supporting documentation to Freddie Mac by uploading the documentation through the Resolve UI via an upload submission. Refer to the process steps on upload documentation in the Request Charge-Off section.

The Document section will display a numbered list of the documents you uploaded via the Resolve UI.

The table below provides a brief description of the data field in the Documents section.

Refer to Guide Section 9210.3 for the required supporting documentation (property inspection reports, payoff statement, etc.).  A Freddie Mac analyst will contact you through Resolve if additional information is needed for approval (i.e., Info Requested status).
