Comments Section
The Comments section of the Details page contains a record of all of the comments entered by Freddie Mac and the Servicer during the request's review and decisioning process. All comments include a date and time stamp to show when the comment was added into Resolve.
The Comments field is an editable field when the loan is in Info Requested status and may contain comments entered by you when submitting updated information to Freddie Mac.
