Workout Messages

The Workout Messages section of the Details page displays warnings and informational messages about the charge-off and includes the following fields.

Workout Messages

Read-Only Table

Lists the applicable warning and informational messages for charge-off requests that were submitted through the Resolve UI.

There are two types of messages:

Type:	Description:
WARNING	Provides informational updates as the workout request progresses through the decisioning process.
INFORMATIONAL	Provides additional details regarding the workout request, including further direction or other options. Review the information in conjunction with other messages for possible corrective action or next steps.

Note: There are no FATAL workout messages for charge-off requests.
