Borrower Profile

The Borrower Profile section of the Details page contains the borrower(s)' financial information and includes the following fields.

The table below provides a brief description of each data field in the Borrower Profile section.

Borrower Name Text The primary borrower's first and last name. Internal
Borrower Gross Monthly Income Currency The amount of the borrower(s)' total household income. Includes employment income and additional sources of revenue, such as Social Security payments. Servicer Input

Co Borrower Gross Monthly Income

Currency The monthly dollar amount received by the co borrower as income before taxes have been taken out. Servicer Input
Monthly Gross Rental Income Currency The amount of revenue generated by the owned property from rent on a monthly basis. Servicer Input
Are There New Mortgages Yes/No

Indicates whether any new mortgages occurred during the term of the hardship.This field will indicate "Yes" if one of the following conditions exist:

  • The loan is delinquent and the borrower(s)' credit report indicates a new mortgage was obtained in the six months prior to the due date of the last paid installment on the loan (DDLPI).
  • The loan is current and the borrower(s)' credit report indicates a new mortgage was obtained in the six months prior to the short sale evaluation date.

Borrower FICO

Numeric The borrower's FICO score. Servicer Input
Borrower FICO Date Date (MM/DD/YYYY) The date the borrower's FICO score was obtained from the credit bureau. Servicer Input

Co Borrower FICO

Numeric The co-borrower's FICO score. Servicer Input
Co Borrower FICO Date Date (MM/DD/YYYY) The date the co-borrower's FICO score was obtained from the credit bureau. Servicer Input
Cash Reserves Amount   Currency The amount of the borrower(s)' total non-retirement liquid assets. Includes assets that can be instantly converted into cash without losing their value. Servicer Input
Monthly Expenses Currency The total amount of the monthly expenses (excluding the monthly liabilities) for all borrowers on the Note. Servicer Input
Monthly Liabilities Currency The total amount of monthly liabilities for all borrowers on the note. Servicer Input
Hardship Reason Enumerated

The reason for the borrower's hardship.

Note: This data field will reflect the hardship that best corresponds to the borrower's situation.

Reason For Extenuating Circumstances Text Textual comment provided by the Servicer describing the reason for the extenuating circumstances. Servicer Input
Monthly Property Taxes Currency The portion of the monthly mortgage that is allocated to the property tax on the subject property. Servicer Input
Monthly Hazard/Flood Insurance Currency Average monthly cost to cover hazard/flood insurance premiums for the property. Servicer Input
