Summary Section
The Summary section of the Details page provides summary information for the deed-in-lieu request and includes the following fields:

The stage in the decisioning process. The Status field is dynamic and changes as the request moves through the decisioning process. There are 14 color-coded statuses for deed-in-lieu liquidations. Click the links in the chart below for a detailed description of each request status type.
