Summary Section

The Summary section of the Details page provides summary information for the deed-in-lieu request and includes the following fields:

Request ID Alpha-Numeric A unique identifier generated by Resolve for each workout request submitted to Freddie Mac Internal
Workout Type Text A discrete set of values that identifies the workout request type. Servicer Input
Freddie Mac Loan Number Numeric Nine-digit unique Freddie Mac identifier assigned to the loan. Servicer Input
Servicer Number Numeric Six-digit unique Freddie Mac identifier assigned to the organization servicing the loan. Servicer Input
Servicer Loan Number Numeric A unique identifier assigned by the Servicer to identify the loan. Servicer Input
Submitted Date Date (MM/DD/YYYY) The date and time the request was submitted to Freddie Mac. Internal
Submitted By Text Identifier for who/how the request was submitted.
For Settlement Requests, the field displays SYSTEM

Last Updated Date (MM/DD/YYYY) The date the request status was last updated. Internal
Status Text

The stage in the decisioning process. The Status field is dynamic and changes as the request moves through the decisioning process.

There are 14 color-coded statuses for deed-in-lieu liquidations.

Click on the 'clock' icon to the right of the Status field to view a history of status changes beginning with the date the request was submitted.

Property Address Text The property address associated with the loan. Internal
Exception Request ID Alpha-Numeric A unique identifier generated by Resolve for each exception review request submitted to Freddie Mac. Internal
Exception Indicator Y/N The indicator whether the request needs to be sent for Exception Review when the loan fails eligibility for a workout. Servicer Input
