Approved Status

A request will show an Approved status when it has passed eligibility criteria (per Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) requirements) and decisioned as approved through Resolve or a Freddie Mac analyst via an exception review, but has not yet settled.
