A request is in a BPO HOLD status for one of the following reasons:
Once the reason for the hold status has been resolved, the BPO status moves from BPO Hold to BPO Closed. Resolve will automatically re-process the request and the workout status will move to Approved or Ineligible for Approval, per eligibility requirements.
