Cancelled Status

A request will show a cancelled status when the Servicer submitted a cancellation request that was successfully processed by Resolve for an approved deed-in-lieu (including an approved exception review request, if applicable).

A cancellation can't be requested on a deed-in-lieu that is in one of the following statuses:

 

Cancellation reasons:

 

Cancel a deed-in-lieu request in Resolve via the:

1. Upload submissions functionality (CXLReq) or

2. The Details page by clicking the Cancel icon  in the upper right corner of the page.
