BPO Pending Status

A request is in a BPO Pending status when the BPO property valuation is in progress, but not yet completed. 

Once the BPO request has been completed, the status moves from BPO Pending to BPO Closed . Resolve will automatically re-process the request and the workout status will move to Approved or Ineligible for Approval, per eligibility requirements.
