In Review
Overview
Once a simultaneous assumption and Flex modification exception review request has been assigned to a Freddie Mac analyst, the status of the request will change from Submitted For Review to In Review.
A request showing In Review status is being reviewed by a Freddie Mac analyst; however, the request has not yet been decisioned.
In Review Status Workflow
Simultaneous Assumption and Flex modification exception review requests that are In Review status may move to one of the following statuses:
- Approved
- UI Submissions: A Workout Approval request is submitted through the Resolve® UI to determine the final modification terms.
- API Submissions: For Workout Approval requests submitted via the Retention API following a successful Trial Period Plan submitted via the API
- Rejected
- Exception Review requests submitted via API or UI that was denied after reviewed by the Freddie Mac analyst.
- Info Requested
- Exception Review requests submitted via the API or UI requires additional information per the Freddie Mac analyst to decision the request. See Editing Borrower Financial Data section and/or the Comments section on the Details page.
The request can move in and out of In Review and Info Requested status several times in the decisioning process depending on the circumstances.
In Review requests will change to either Approved or Rejected status when a final decision is made by Freddie Mac.
