Upload Modification Submissions
The Upload Modification Submissions pages provides the capability to upload workout requests to Freddie Mac for decisioning (i.e., eligibility results) and processing.

- Disaster Flex Modification
- Custom Modification
- Bankruptcy Cramdown
The Custom Modification upload submissions template can also be used to upload Bankruptcy Cramdown workouts.
How to Access the Upload Modification Submissions Pages
Follow the steps below to navigate to Resolve® Upload Modification Submissions pages:
1. From Resolve's dashboard, select the SUBMISSIONS tab from the top navigation bar to display the SUBMISSIONS menu. Click the applicable modification link under RETENTION to proceed to the Upload Submissions page.
2. The Upload Modification Submissions page displays.
Note: When the file template has been updated, 'NEW' will appear to the right of the hyperlinked template. The orange banner will indicate when the most recent template was updated. Ensure you use the most recent template when creating your upload file.
3. Browse your computer for the upload file and Open or drag and drop your file to upload. Click Cancel or Submit
