Upload Custom Modification and Bankruptcy Cramdown Workouts

Overview

The upload functionality for Custom Modifications and Bankruptcy Cramdowns is available in Resolve®.

UI Users:

Custom Modification and Bankruptcy Cramdown workout requests can only be submitted via the Resolve UI submission path.
Key data and workout statuses can be viewed in the dashboard and the Details page.

API Users:

Custom Modification and Bankruptcy Cramdown workout requests can't be submitted via API.

How to upload Custom Modification and Bankruptcy Cramdown Submissions

Follow the steps below to navigate to Upload Custom Modification and Bankruptcy Cramdown Submissions page to upload your file:

1. From Resolve's dashboard, select the SUBMISSIONS tab from the top navigation bar to display the SUBMISSIONS tab menu.

2. Click Custom Modification link under RETENTION to proceed to the Upload Custom Modification Submissions page.

Note: Prior to upload, click the Custom Modification Loan File Template hyperlink to download the template and create your upload file. Review the Download Template section for more information. To ensure a successful upload, refer to the Template Formatting Guidelines section for more details on formatting restrictions.

3. The Upload Custom Modification Submissions page displays.

4. Browse and Open or drag and drop your loan file to upload. Click Cancel or Submit.

Select:	To:
	Upload the file to Resolve.
	Cancel the file upload.

Upon upload, if there are data validation errors, the Warning: Data Validation Errors pop-up box displays indicating the number of loan records that were not submitted due to errors. Review the Error Report to correct loans in error and submit.
