Refer to the Metadata Custom Modification/Metadata Bankruptcy Cramdown tabs for a detailed description of each data field on the Loan File Template.
1. Open the Custom Modification Loan File Template and click the Metadata Custom Modification or Metadata Bankruptcy Cramdown tab, as applicable.
Filtering can easily be done according to the Workout Reporting Status Type, such as 'WAReq' (Workout Approval Request) and "Required", "Optional', 'Conditional', and/or NA (not applicable) to determine which data fields meet the selected parameters.
Determine the required and conditionally required data fields when submitting a Workout Approval (WAReq) request, as demonstrated in the example below.
IMPORTANT: Users will leave the NA fields blank.
2. Click the Filter button in the WAReq column. From the filter list, select the checkboxes. Click OK.
3. The optional, required and conditionally required fields display (column D). Refer to column 'G' for the rule when a Conditional field becomes a Required data element.
