Your request will be placed in an Info Requested status when additional information is needed from you in order for Freddie Mac to provide a decision.
You will need to update the request, provide comments and re-submit the request to Freddie Mac via the Actions button in Resolve.
Once you have submitted updated information, the request will move back to In Review status. A Freddie Mac representative will review the updated information you have provided as part of the review process.
The request can move from Info Requested to In Review status multiple times throughout the review and decisioning process depending on the circumstances.
Requests in an Info Requested status move to Rejected status if you have contacted Freddie Mac to request a cancellation prior to a final decision (either Approved or Rejected) being made on the request.

You can view the details of your workout request by using a method listed below.

From Resolve's dashboard page, you can click on the Freddie Mac Loan Number hyperlink to open up the Details page:

When Freddie Mac places your request in Info Requested status, you will need to provide additional and/or updated information in order for the request to be decisioned.
You will only see the Actions button at the top right corner of the Details page when your request is in Info Requested status. When the Actions
button is clicked, an editable view will open. You can provide the updated information requested, as well as any comments back to the Freddie Mac team.
You can refer to the Providing Updated Data section for step-by-step guidance on how to update your request's information in Resolve.
Note: Updated data can only be provided if the request was originally submitted through Resolve.
For API submissions, users have a read-only access to the dashboard and Details page to review details including status, comments, history, etc. Any actions will be done through subsequent API submissions(e.g., information requested, extension requests, settlement, etc.)
