FHA/VA/RHS Modifications Submissions

The FHA/VA/RHS Modifications Submissions (My Submissions home page) page provides a dashboard of all agency modification settlement requests that have been submitted for Freddie Mac's review.

The FHA/VA/RHS Modifications Submissions page provides you with the following features:

  1. Select one or more criteria from the Filter By menu to filter/sort your submissions (i.e. - Request Status, Freddie Mac Loan Number, etc.).
  2. Use the pipeline to view all of your submissions and their status.
  3. Select a hyperlinked Freddie Mac Loan Number to view the loan details of the submission.
  4. Access the Actions button to upload your FHA/VA/RHS loans.

FHA/VA/RHS Submissions Pipeline

The FHA/VA/RHS Submissions Pipeline provides a list of all of the modification settlement submissions submitted through Resolve for Freddie Mac's review and decisioning. 

The pipeline has five data fields which provide summary information for each FHA, VA, or RHS settlement submission. Each settlement submission has its own row in the pipeline with the most recent appearing at the top and the oldest appearing at the bottom.

The table below provides a brief description of each pipeline data field.

Nine-digit unique identifier assigned to the loan.

Select a hyperlinked Freddie Mac Loan Number to view additional details for the submission.

Servicer Loan Number

A unique identifier assigned by the Servicer to identify the loan

Modified Mortgage Program

Text

Indicates the Modified Mortgage Type associated with the agency that owns and guarantees the loan. 

There are three Modified Mortgage Types:

1. Federal Housing Administration (FHA)
2. Veterans Affairs (VA)
3. Rural Housing Service (USDA/RHS)

Date

The Submitted Date will reflect the calendar date that the settlement request was uploaded and submitted to Freddie Mac.

The stage in the decisioning process. The Status field is dynamic and changes as the request moves through the decisioning process.

There are four color-coded statuses. You can click on the links in the chart below for a detailed description of each settlement request status type.
