Filter By Menu
The Filter By 
drop-down menu is located at the top of the FHA/VA/RHS Modifications Submissions page and allows you to narrow down
(filter) your pipeline submissions according to the criteria that you select.
The total amount of submission pipeline records displays next to the Filter By menu.

How to Filter FHA/VA/RHS Pipeline Submissions
Complete the following steps to filter FHA/VA/RHS Pipeline Submissions:
- From the FHA/VA/RHS Modifications Submissions page, click on the Filter By drop-down menu. The menu expands with the data fields you can use to filter your submissions.
- Select and/or enter the desired data parameters to filter your submissions. You may choose to filter your view by one or multiple data elements.
- When you have selected/entered all desired filter(s):
Click: To: 
Remain on the FHA/VA/RHS Modifications Submissions page without filtering the pipeline submissions.
Note: Click the Filter By
drop-down menu again to expand the menu and apply data filters, if desired.Return to step #1.
Display the submissions according to the filtering criteria selected.
Proceed to step #4.
Remove the filter(s) selected while remaining on the Filter By
menu.You can select new filtering criteria, if applicable.
Return to step #2.
- Adjust your filtering criteria if necessary, by adding and/or removing data filters to the criteria already selected.
To: Expand the Filter By Menu andAdd Filter(s) Select additional data filters.
Proceed to step #5.
Remove Filter(s) Click: To: Remove the existing data filters.
You can select new filtering criteria, if applicable.
Return to step #2.
Collapse the Filter By
menu and remove all of the applied filters.The submissions pipeline displays again unfiltered.
Note: Click the Filter By
drop-down menu again to expand the menu and apply data filters, if desired.Return to step #1.
- The FHA/VA/RHS Submissions Pipeline displays applying the filter(s) selected or deselected.
