Settlement requests that do not meet eligibility criteria for settlement approval.

UI Users:

• Key data and workout statuses can be viewed in the dashboard and the Details page.

API Users:

• Settlement requests can be submitted via API or UI.
• Decision and applicable data is included in the response file to the Servicer. 
• Users can view and monitor key data and workout status via the dashboard and the Details page.
