MNP Pending Status
When processing a short sale workout, minimum net proceeds (MNP) and property value are required. You must submit a request to obtain these values via the Real Estate Valuation and Pricing (REVP) tool.
Once your REVP request has been submitted, your short sale workout request can go into an MNP Pending status if it is in progress, but not yet completed. It can take up to five business days for the REVP request to be completed, you should check back daily for updates.
When your workout request is in an MNP Pending status, you can see the following MNP details and fatal error message under the Offer Details section on the Details page in Resolve:
Once the MNP error(s) are resolved, the short sale workout request will move to either an Approved or Ineligible for Approval status.
