Once a non-delegated/exception review request has been assigned to a Freddie Mac analyst, the status of the request will change from Submitted to In Review.
A request showing In Review status is being reviewed by a Freddie Mac analyst; however, the request has not yet been decisioned.
Requests that are In Review status may move to one of the following statuses:
The request can move to Info Requested status if additional information is needed by Freddie Mac in order to decision the request. The request can move in and out of In Review and Info Requested status several times in the decisioning process depending on the circumstances.
In Review requests will switch to either Approved or Rejected status when a final decision is made by Freddie Mac.
In Review requests will move to Rejected status if you have contacted Freddie Mac to request a cancellation prior to a final decision (either Approved or Rejected) being made on the request.
