On the Resolve® dashboard, there are two tabs of your file submissions, Loan View and Bulk File View.
1. The Loan View contains all loans without errors that have passed data validation checks and successfully uploaded into Resolve.
2. The Bulk File View contains Foreclosure Sale Reporting submissions when the upload file has six or more loan records. After the bulk file uploads, the Bulk File View provides a list of each bulk file submission and their status (i.e., In Progress, Completed, Completed with Errors).
Important: By default, the Bulk File View shows the bulk foreclosure sale reporting files submitted within the last three calendar days. If there haven't been any bulk submissions within the last three calendar days, the Bulk File View displays "No Records Found". Use the date range filter criteria to search for previous bulk submissions.
1. For the upload process, refer to the steps in the Upload Foreclosure Sale Reporting Submissions section.
Note: The Upload Foreclosure Sale Reporting Submissions page has been updated as of 10/11/2024. The maximum upload file size is 10MB with a maximum number of 5000 loans per file.
2. When you click Submit to upload the file, the Warning: Large File pop-up box displays to alert you that the file contains a large number of loans and the processing time may take several minutes. Click OK.
Note: A bell icon notification will alert you once the processing of the bulk file is complete.
3. The Confirm Servicer Agreement pop-up box displays. Click CONFIRM & SUBMIT or CANCEL.

Completed | The bulk file has successfully uploaded with no data validation errors. |
5. While the bulk file upload is in process, you can click the Loan View tab to return to the overall loan pipeline and continue to work in Resolve.
6. As you continue to work in Resolve, use the Refresh button in the upper right corner of the page to refresh the list of files and display the latest updated view of the bulk file pipeline.
Note: The count of loans increases on the Loan View dashboard with the most recent uploaded loans displayed at the top of the dashboard (i.e. 417 record(s) found).
7. You will receive a bell icon alert notification when the loan validations and processing time have completed. Click View to be redirected to the Bulk File View page.
8. On the Bulk File View dashboard, the status of the bulk file changes from In Progress to Completed With Error(s). A corresponding down arrow icon displays and provides the capability to download the Error Report. Click the down arrow icon to view loans in error.
9. The Error Report displays showing the loans in error (i.e. invalid loan numbers).
10. Make your corrections on the Error Report and resubmit the updated data.
