Forbearance Extensions
Overview
Resolve provides a streamlined automated process that enables a clear path to submit forbearance extension requests to Freddie Mac for review and decisioning. This capability allows you to submit forbearance extension requests in Resolve on an as needed basis.
You can clearly track the status and details of your forbearance extension requests via the dashboard and Details pages. As such, you will no longer use Form 105 to submit forbearance extension requests.
