1. The DIL Template tab is used to enter the loan information for deed-in-lieu requests you submit to Freddie Mac through Resolve's UI.
Note: Review the Template Data Fields section for the eight data fields that are required in order for Resolve to successfully order a BPO.
2. Refer to the Metadata tab for a full list of the file template data fields. The Metadata tab contains a field description, valid data format (percentage, date, etc.) and sample value for each data field included on the template.
Columns have drop-down options for you to select to sort and/or filter the desired data elements.
As you create your upload file, you should refer to the sample data shown in the Metadata tabs to avoid common data formatting errors. The Metadata tab displays data fields as 'Optional', 'Conditional', or 'Required' depending on the type of request submitted.
It allows you to filter each workout reporting status type to determine whether the data elements are required, optional, or conditional by selecting the filter icon and checking the appropriate checkbox. Refer to column 'H' for the rule when Conditional fields become Required data elements. Refer to the Template Data Fields section for more information.
Note: The workout comments field size increased to 5000 characters.
3. The Enumerations tab provides the drop-down menu options and corresponding descriptions for each field name on the Deed-in-Lieu Template.
