View Deed-in-Lieu Details
The Deed-in-Lieu Details page provides summary, loan level data and workout information for deed-in-lieu requests submitted through the Resolve® user interface (UI).
You can export loan data of deed-in-lieu requests via the export functionality. Export is available from the Details page, unless the request is under an exception review and has not yet been decisioned. Refer to the Export Button section for more information.
The Details page has eight sections. You can click the 'metro stops' at the top of the Details page to jump to the applicable section or scroll down the page as needed.
Refer to the table below to view the data fields included in each section of the Deed--in-Lieu Details page. The sections also provide the source by which the data was obtained (e.g., Servicer input or a Freddie Mac internal source).
You can click the section name to open the corresponding online help topic for each section.
