When submitting a Trial Period Approval Request, data is submitted and validated to determine if eligibility requirements of the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) are met and Resolve determines the terms of the Flex Modification Trial Period Plan based on the data submitted by the Servicer. Refer to Guide Section 9206.10 for information on how Resolve determines the terms of the Flex Modification Trial Period Plan.
Once the Trial Period Approval request has been submitted, an eligibility decision will be rendered on the loan. The loan will move to an 'Ineligible for Trial Period' status when the loan does not meet one or more of the eligibility requirements according to the Guide.
Once the loan is in an INELIGIBLE FOR TRIAL PERIOD status, the following options are available:
