Download Template
To upload Flex modification workout and settlement requests, download and save the Flex Modification Template on the Upload Flex Modification Submissions page.
1. From the Resolve® Dashboard, select SUBMISSIONS from the top blue bar. The SUBMISSIONS menu displays.
2. Click Flex Modification link under RETENTION from the SUBMISSIONS menu. The Upload Flex Modification Submissions page displays.
3. Click the Flex Modification Template hyperlink to open the template.
4. The template opens in an Excel Workbook (.xlsx) format. Save the template to your computer or Local Area Network (LAN).
5. Use the template to create single or multiple upload loan files. Ensure the file you create meets file specifications.
