Cancelled Status

Overview

Resolve does not provide the capability to cancel a charge-off request within the tool. A Freddie Mac analyst will process your cancellation request and the status will change to Cancelled on the Resolve dashboard.

To cancel a charge-off request, email [email protected].

Note: In Review and Info Requested requests will move to Cancelled status if you have contacted Freddie Mac to request a cancellation prior to a final decision being made on the request.
