How to access Servicing Transfer Manager
Servicing Transfer Manager Home Page
The Servicing Transfer Manager home page provides access to functionality that allows you to initiate Subsequent Transfers of Servicing (STOS) and Intra-Servicer Portfolio Moves, electronically document the contractual obligations related to such transfers and to request Freddie Mac’s consent. The functions that you will be able to perform in the system are dependent upon your access credentials.
1. When you log into Servicing Transfer Manager, the following information message displays.
Note: Be sure to scroll the Information pop-up box and read all the key points of the message for STOS and Intra transfers. Click OK to proceed to the Servicing Transfer Manager home page.
2. Select Transfer Request on the navigation bar of the Servicing Transfer Manager home page to initiate servicing transfer requests.
