Servicer receives an email notification on the last day to submit the flow request informing the legacy Servicer, who didn't submit the flow request by close of business 21 days prior to the end of the month, that all loans are excluded and there are zero loans to submit. The submit button will be disabled and will only be active during the subsequent month. |
