Flow Transfer Report

The Flow Transfer Report lists the eligible loans that Freddie Mac has identified for transfer of servicing. It allows you to select multiple loans to exclude from the loan list, provide the exclusion reason and upload the file to exclude loans from the list.

How to access and understand the Flow Transfer Report

From the Flow Request page, click the download button on the right side of the page to access the report.

The report has 4 tabs: Summary, Loans Eligible, Excluded and Reference.

Refer to the table for a description of each tab:

Flow Report tabs:	Description:
Summary	Provides a: List of pre-defined exclusion criteria by category Count of loans excluded per category before the Servicer's exclusions are applied Starting population by loan count before Freddie Mac exclusions are applied Count of the remaining loans eligible for transfer before the Servicer's exclusions are applied Total Freddie Mac excluded loans from the loan list before the Servicer's exclusions are applied
Loans Eligible	List of eligible loans for the transfer with detailed loan attributes
Excluded	List of Freddie Mac excluded loans
Reference	List of Servicer exclusion reasons.

The Summary tab summarizes the eligibility loan list by category based on pre-defined criteria (i.e., credit enhancement, liquidated loans, maturity within 12 months, etc.) and provides the count of loans excluded per category type.

The Loans Eligible tab shows the list of eligible loans for transfer with detailed loan information ((i.e., loan status, price, due date of last paid installment, maturity date, gross unpaid principal balance, etc.). You can filter the eligibility list by clicking the down arrow on the column headers. In addition, you can highlight any cell within the Flow Transfer Report to quickly locate certain data elements to better manage your exclusion process.

Note: Don't use the "Clear All" function on the top menu to remove the highlights from cells within the report.

The Excluded tab lists loans that have been excluded with the Freddie Mac loan number, Servicer loan number and the loan's exclusion reason.

Note: You have the capability to filter the excluded list by clicking the down arrow on the column headers.

The Reference tab provides the list of Servicer exclusion reasons.

Note: New exclusion reasons have been added to the exclusion list.
