Upload Simultaneous Assumption and Flex Modification Submissions
Overview
UI Users:
- Simultaneous assumption and Flex modification workout requests can be submitted via the Resolve UI upload functionality.
- Key data and workout statuses can be viewed in the dashboard and the Details page.
API Users:
- Simultaneous assumption and Flex modification Workout requests can be submitted via API.
- Decision and applicable data is included in the response file to the Servicer.
- Users can view and monitor key data and workout status via the dashboard and the Details page and any subsequent actions can be completed through the API or UI.
Follow the steps below to navigate to Resolve Upload Flex Modification Submissions page to upload your requests:
1. From Resolve's dashboard, select the SUBMISSIONS tab from the top navigation bar. The SUBMISSIONS menu displays.
2. Click Flex Modification link under RETENTION to proceed to the Upload Flex Modification Submissions page. The Upload Flex Modification Submissions page displays.
3. Upload your loan file to process simultaneous assumption and Flex modification workout requests and any subsequent actions.
Note: When the file template has been updated, 'NEW' will appear to the right of the Flex Modification Template hyperlink. The orange banner will indicate when the most recent template was updated. Ensure you use the most recent template when creating your upload file.
If there are data validation errors, the Warning: Data Validation Errors pop-up box displays indicating the number of loan records that were not submitted due to errors. Review the Error Report.
