Submitted for Review Status

Payment Deferral exception review requests submitted through the Resolve UI or Retention API are first in a Submitted For Review status.

The request will remain in Submitted For Review status until it is assigned to a Freddie Mac analyst to start the review and decisioning process.

Once the Freddie Mac analyst has accessed the request, the status will change from Submitted For Review to In Review.

You can log into Resolve to view the status and loan data of your submitted requests on the dashboard page or the Details page. 

  1. From the dashboard page, you can select a request and click the Freddie Mac Loan number hyperlink to open the payment deferral Details page.
  2. From the Payment Deferral Details page, you can view all of the information associated with the request.
