Submitted For Review Status

Overview

Flex Modification exception review requests submitted through the Resolve® UI and Retention API display Submitted For Review status upon submission to Resolve.

The request will remain in Submitted For Review status until it is assigned to a Freddie Mac analyst to start the review and decisioning process.  Once the Freddie Mac analyst has accessed the request, the status will change from Submitted For Review to In Review status.

Note: The exception review indicator automatically defaults to 'N' (No) on the Flex Modification template. Click the drop-down arrow on the column header to select 'Y' (Yes).

 

You can log into Resolve via the user interface (UI) to view the status and key data of your submitted request on the dashboard or the Details page. 

  1. From the dashboard page, you can select a request and click the Freddie Mac loan number hyperlink to open the Details page.
  2. From the Details page, you can view the information associated with the request including submitted data and data generated from Freddie Mac's systems.
