Error Report

If there are data validation errors, the Warning: Data Validation Errors pop-up box displays a message indicating the number of loan records that were not submitted due to errors. 

The Error Report will provide the data fields in error for you to review, correct and re-submit a file.

1. Click the download Error Report hyperlink to view and/or save the loan records with errors.

2. The Error Report opens and displays loans in error, highlighted in yellow, for your review.  

3. Scroll to the far-right column (column AG) of the report to view the error messages.

4. From the Warning: Data Validation Errors pop-up box, click one of the following options:   

Select: To:

Remain on the page.

You can correct the data for the loan record(s) in error, on the source file, and re-upload the entire file.

Submit only the loan record(s) without data validation errors to Freddie Mac, then correct the loan record(s) with the errors (indicated on the Error Report by a yellow highlighted field) and upload the corrected loan records in a separate file.

 

Note: You do not have to delete loans with errors when you resubmit the corrected loan record(s).
