Workout requests that show in Approved status have been reviewed and approved by Freddie Mac but have not yet settled.
You will receive a notification in Resolve once a final decision (either Approved or Rejected) has been made on a workout request.

Submit a short sale settlement request via the Details page in Resolve. Refer to the Request Settlement help section for guidance on settling an approved short sale workout in Resolve. |
Resolve Liquidation API |
Your response file will indicate that the workout has been decisioned as Approved. Proceed with submitting the workout through the Resolve Liquidation API for settlement. For API submissions, users have read-only access to the dashboard and Details page to review details including status, comments, history, etc. Any actions will be done through subsequent API submissions (e.g., information requested, extension requests, settlement, etc.) Refer to the Resolve Liquidation API Reference Guide on the Developer Portal for additional details on the short sale settlement process. |
