Loan Feature Exclusions Grids

Loan Feature Exclusion Grids let you exclude loan types and/or attributes. From this page you can view existing grids or create new Loan Feature Exclusion Grids. First time users will not see a listing of grids. Loan Feature Exclusion Grids must first be mass imported via the Available Grids page in order to view them here.
What is a Loan Feature Exclusions Grid?
Loan Feature Exclusions Grids let you select the loan types and attributes you want excluded. When you create a Loan Feature Exclusions Grid, you will identify one of the following categories to be excluded:

The unique name your organization assigned to the grid. Click the Grid Name to view the grid details or export them. |

Effective Date |
The date and time (military time) the grid pricing is effective. |

Expiration Date |
The date and time (military time) the grid pricing expires. |

Active |
Indicates if the grid is in use for pricing (Y = Yes; N = No) |
View or Export Loan Feature Exclusion Grids
Loan Feature Exclusion Grids let you exclude loan types and/or attributes from SRP price grids.
Follow the steps below to view an active or inactive Loan Feature Exclusion Grid:
- Click LOAN FEATURE EXCLUSIONS from the top menu bar.
- The Loan Feature Exclusion page displays. Click the Grid Name (a hyperlink) to display the grid details and grid structure.
- The grid displays, showing grid details and grid structure specific to the grid type that was selected (i.e. Base Grid, Adjustor Grid, or Loan Feature Exclusion).

- From the grid page, click to export this grid by clicking the export button at the top of the page.
- A window opens and displays the .xlsx file name and gives you the option to Open or Save the file. Click Open to view the file.
- The workbook opens and displays the file data. To save the file, click Enable Editing. Rename the file before saving it to your network.
Create a new Loan Feature Exclusion Grid
Follow the steps below to create a new Loan Feature Exclusions grid.
- From the Co-Issue XChange main menu, click LOAN FEATURE EXCLUSIONS.
- The Loan Feature Exclusions page displays. Click the CREATE NEW GRID button.
- The Create New Loan Feature Exclusion page displays. Complete all fields.

- Select an attribute by clicking the ADD ATTRIBUTE button. Select an attribute from the drop-down menu.
- Complete the remaining information for each attribute selected.
The example below displays five attributes and the exclusions chosen for each:
For the attributes shown, the following exclusions are allowed:
- CONSTRUCTION METHOD TYPE = Manufactured Homes
- NON-INDIVIDUAL BORROWER TYPE = All values
- LOAN PURPOSE TYPE = Refinance
- REFINANCE CASH OUR DETERMINATION TYPE= No Cash Out
- STATE CODE = TX (Texas)
Click EXPORT TEMPLATE to create a Loan Feature Exclusion grid template to be used for future mass imports.
