Loan Feature Exclusion Grids let you exclude loan types and/or attributes. From this page you can view existing grids or create new Loan Feature Exclusion Grids. First time users will not see a listing of grids. Loan Feature Exclusion Grids must first be mass imported via the Available Grids page in order to view them here.
Loan Feature Exclusions Grids let you select the loan types and attributes you want excluded. When you create a Loan Feature Exclusions Grid, you will identify one of the following categories to be excluded:

Servicer (ID) |
Transferee Servicer name and associated 6-digit ID number. |
Seller (ID) |
Seller name and associated 6-digit ID number. |
Grid Name |
The unique name your organization assigned to the grid. Click the Grid Name to view the grid details or export them. |
Effective Date |
The date and time (military time) the grid pricing is effective. |
Expiration Date |
The date and time (military time) the grid pricing expires. |
Active |
Indicates if the grid is in use for pricing (Y = Yes; N = No) |
Loan Feature Exclusion Grids let you exclude loan types and/or attributes from SRP price grids.
Follow the steps below to view an active or inactive Loan Feature Exclusion Grid:

The date and time (military time) the grid pricing expires. |

If you don't enter a date, the grid will publish with the current effective date and time. (Note that time displays in Military time). |

Click EXPORT TEMPLATE to create a Loan Feature Exclusion grid template to be used for future mass imports.
A window opens and displays the .xlsx file name and gives you the option to Open or Save the file. Click OPEN to view the file.
The workbook opens and displays the file data. To save the file, click Enable Editing. Rename the file before saving it to your network.
