Valid format is “#########”; for example, enter $1,200.00 as “1200” (do not enter commas or decimals). Round the values to the nearest dollar.
When to Use:
Required if a full or hybrid appraisal was used to value the subject property and either the property is an investment property or has more than one dwelling unit.
How to Use:
If the subject property was valued by a Full Appraisal or Hybrid Appraisal:
For two-to four-unit properties, enter the gross monthly rental income for each non-owner occupied dwelling unit as indicated on the signed lease(s) for the Mortgaged Premises.
If there is no active lease for a unit, or the borrower rents the unit to a family member, enter the gross monthly rental income as estimated on the applicable appraisal report or addendum.
