Required for all loans.

Enter the FRE-Supported Enumeration for the method that yielded the value used to calculate the LTV for the delivered loan:

• Select "Automated Valuation Model" for Home Value Explorer® (HVE)
• Select "Desk Review" if a desk review was used to value the subject property. 
• Select “Desktop Appraisal” if FRE 70D / FNM 1004 Desktop – Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (Desktop) was used to value the subject property.
• Select "Drive By" for exterior-only appraisals.
• Select "Field Review" if a field review was used to value the subject property. 
• Enter “Full Appraisal” if an interior and exterior inspection appraisal or the FRE 70H/FNM 1004 Hybrid – Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (Hybrid) or FRE 465H/FNM 1073 Hybrid – Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report (Hybrid) was used to value the subject property.
• Do not select “Prior Appraisal Used”
• Select "None" if applicable
• Select the values as instructed in Seller's negotiated terms for all other property valuation method types
• Select "Hybrid Appraisal" if a hybrid appraisal was used to value the subject property.
