When to Use:
 

For appraisals using UAD 2.6, required for all conventional loans where the Property Valuation Method Type was a Desk Review, Desktop Appraisal, Drive By, Field Review, Full Appraisal, or Hybrid Appraisal. 

For appraisals using the new UAD 3.6, Sort ID# 85 - PropertyValuationFormType is no longer collected.

How to Use:
 

Select the name of the form used for the property value that provided the basis for the loan underwriting decision, pursuant to Section 5601.5.

Select "Other" if the One Unit Residential Appraisal Desk Review Report was used.

Select FRE 70 / FNM 1004 Uniform Residential Appraisal Report if Form FRE 70D / FNM 1004 Desktop – Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (Desktop) was used.

Select FRE 70 / FNM 1004 Uniform Residential Appraisal Report if Form FRE 70H / FNM 1004 Hybrid – Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (Hybrid) was used. 

Select FRE 465 / FNM 1073 Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report if Form FRE 465H / FNM 1073 Hybrid – Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report (Hybrid) was used.
