Specifies how to apply other funds that are collected from the borrower at closing for loans delivered through Cash-Released XChange®.
Valid Values:
Escrow Funds
Buydown
When to Use:
The loan is delivered through Cash-Released XChange and:
the Escrow Indicator is True, and/or
the Buydown Temporary Subsidy Indicator is True
Required for loans where the funds collected at closing are greater than or equal to 1.
Valid Values:
For sold through Cash-Released XChange, select:
• "Escrow Funds" if an Escrow account was established for the Mortgage at closing.
• "Buydown" if there is a temporary subsidy buydown balance on the Mortgage at closing.
