Credit Report Identifier

Definition:
 

A reference number assigned by the credit bureau to a specific credit report. This report number is also referenced when a Reissue, Upgrade, or Status Query of an existing report is requested.

Valid Values:
 

May not exceed 30 characters.

When to Use:
 

Required when a credit score value exists and the Credit Repository Source Type is “Merged Data”.

How to Use:
 

Enter the credit reference number associated with the borrower’s "Credit Score Value", if a merged credit report was used to underwrite the Borrower.
