The submission shows Foreclosure Sale Rollback status when a foreclosure sale result has been corrected or removed.
For REO Rollback requests (i.e., the results of the sale needs to be corrected or removed), the Servicer must notify Freddie Mac within one business day, using the Servicing Data Corrections tool, of the Servicer's determination the foreclosure sale is legally invalid or void.
Note: Access to the Servicing Data Corrections tool can be managed via Freddie Mac's Access Manager.
The Resolve submission shows the loan in a Foreclosure Sale Accepted status. The Servicer requests a foreclosure sale rollback via Freddie Mac's Servicing Data Corrections tool. Resolve monitors the rollback request. Once Freddie Mac has successfully processed the request, Resolve updates the status of the loan to Foreclosure Sale Rollback.
The Resolve dashboard and Sale Details page shows the status change from Foreclosure Sale Accepted to Foreclosure Sale Rollback.
